Our mission
To help healthcare technologies, products, and partnership resources move across market entry barriers between the U.S. and China and achieve more practical, sustainable commercialization.
Topkue is a cross-border access, commercialization, and strategic collaboration platform focused on two-way healthcare market entry between the U.S. and China.

Topkue builds on its team’s experience in international healthcare, spanning healthcare services, institutional partnerships, medical supplies, and cross-border business development.
In their earlier roles, team members worked with healthcare partners in Europe, supported collaboration between U.S. and Chinese healthcare organizations, and contributed to medical device and clinical supply chain initiatives.
This background shapes how we work today: understanding partners’ needs, navigating differences between healthcare markets, and translating shared goals into practical next steps.
To help healthcare technologies, products, and partnership resources move across market entry barriers between the U.S. and China and achieve more practical, sustainable commercialization.
To become a trusted cross-border access and commercialization platform for healthcare opportunities between the U.S. and China.
Execution-oriented.
Selective partnership.
Long-term alignment.
Topkue launched cross-border operations for four supplement brand lines, including ARTHUR ANDREW, further extending into health management and consumer health.
Topkue launched a rapid testing system for the U.S. clinic market, further expanding its capabilities in diagnostic products, clinical workflow support, and clinic-based commercialization.
In March 2026, Topkue began introducing the Photoacoustic Imaging System, Active Pathology Imaging System, and Innovision Eagle-Eye AI-Aided System into the U.S. market.
For many healthcare companies, the challenge is not whether a product has potential. The real challenge is whether that potential can be turned into a practical U.S. pathway — with the right validation opportunities, the right research or clinical partners, and a realistic route toward market development. This is where many opportunities lose momentum. Products may be promising, but the next step is often unclear.
Research, pilot opportunities, commercialization, and channel development are treated as separate conversations, when in practice they need to be connected. Topkue is positioned as a platform to help make that path more executable. We work to connect selected technologies and products with more practical next steps — so opportunities can move beyond introductions and toward validation, collaboration, and real market development.
For companies looking at the U.S. market, what matters is not access alone, but whether there is a path that can actually move forward.
